Repairing Cracks & Sealing Vulnerabilities
We start with surface cleaning to remove all debris, dirt, or any old coatings.
Thorough surface cleaning is essential to ensure the proper adhesion and long-lasting protection of waterproofing materials.
We then address cracks and damages, which is crucial in roof waterproofing. We seal all fissures, from hairline cracks to significant damage with Polyurethane, to prevent water infiltration and to reinforce the roof’s structural integrity. This proactive repair approach is a vital step toward ensuring a durable, watertight roof.

Concrete Fillet
Now we apply a layer of concrete fillet all around the corners to ensure smooth transitions between the walls and the floor and to make sure that the waterproofing material remains as one unit. We mix the concrete with SBR, a latex material, so that there are no cracks in the fillet. We vacuum the corners before the fillet, and once the cracks are repaired and the fillet is applied, the entire roof is vacuumed again in preparation for the foundation layer.

The Foundation layer
A foundation layer is applied to enhance adhesion and to ensure the effectiveness of the waterproofing layer. This is a crucial preparatory step, this layer acts as a bonding agent that strengthens the surface, optimizes the overall waterproofing process and prevents humidity from penetrating to the ceiling.
Here you can chose to upgrade to a “20 year warranty” instead of our standard “10 year warranty”. With the 20-year option, we use a different base material — a thicker, more durable high-grade cementitious coatings, the same material we apply in swimming pools. We apply This ensures extra protection and long-term performance.
Applying the PU
Once the foundation has dried, we apply the first layer of polyurethane waterproofing evenly over the surface. Once the first coat is fully cured, we proceed with the second layer. This two-layer application enhances adhesion, flexibility, and provides long-lasting waterproof protection.
The waterproofing material we use is only the best of the best. We use solvent based material instead of water based, which makes it more durable, with a stronger bond, higher elasticity and the final result is UV and chemical resistant.
