Outer Walls & Building Restoration

Installing Scaffolding

To safely access all areas of the building’s exterior, we begin by erecting heavy-duty scaffolding. This structure provides a stable working platform for technicians to perform restoration and waterproofing tasks at any height with precision and safety.

Concrete Removal and Surface Preparation

We carefully remove all loose, damaged, or cracked concrete from underneath balconies and other affected areas until the reinforcing steel is fully exposed. This step ensures that all weak material is cleared away, allowing us to treat the steel and apply durable concrete for long-lasting restoration.

Rust Removal and Steel Treatment

Once the steel reinforcement is exposed, we thoroughly clean it to remove all rust and corrosion. If the rebar is found to be significantly damaged, we reinforce it by welding new steel bars to restore the structural integrity. Afterward, we apply a protective coating to prevent future rust, ensuring a durable foundation for the restoration.

Bonding & Concrete Application

We begin by applying a layer of SBR to the prepared surface to ensure strong adhesion between the new and existing concrete. The new concrete mix is also reinforced with SBR and fiberglass to enhance flexibility, durability, and crack resistance, ensuring a seamless, long-lasting bond with the original structure.

Finishing and Waterproofing

After completing all structural repairs, we repaint the building to restore its appearance and protect the surface. Finally, we apply two layers of clear polyurethane (PU) waterproofing material. This invisible coating seals the surface, providing long-term protection against rain, humidity, and environmental damage.
