We start by inspecting the mortar between the stones and repair any damage or fissures as needed to ensure a solid and waterproof foundation.
Once the mortar has been repaired, we spray two coats of water repellent. We use a high-quality solvent-based water sealant rather than a water-based one, as solvent-based products provide deeper penetration and longer-lasting protection on natural stone.
If the wall is made of cut stone instead of rounded stone, we apply a clear PU-acrylic coating that protects the surface without altering the stone’s natural color.
